Refer to the Scheduling Quick Reference below to see what inspections are included.

To Participate:

If you have questions, you may email LiveVideo@CollierCountyFL.gov or find contact information for the Chief Building Inspectors.

Email the request to RecordedVideo@CollierCountyFL.gov.

Videos may be recorded at your convenience, which may occur before your email request for the inspection. Please note, no videos will be reviewed until the permit is issued and the email request has been received.

Requesting a CO/CC

Requesting a "C.O." (Certificate of Occupancy) or "C.C." (Certificate of Completion).

When all the required inspections have been successfully completed, contact our inspection/CO staff at inspections@colliercountyfl.gov to request the Certificate of Occupancy, so that power can be permanently installed and the permit file can be closed. At this time, all outstanding fees shall be paid and the mandatory Solid Waste fee, if applicable, will be levied.

All permits require a "C.O." or " C.C." with one exception. Right-of-Way permits do not get a certificate of any kind; the system only changes the status to FINAL.
