This Department oversees the maintenance and engineering of the County's roadway system, beaches, stormwater facilities and public transportation.

Operations & Regulatory Management

The Operations and Regulatory Management Division is Collier County's steward of state and local codes and regulations. The staff help to ensure that Collier County remains a safe, healthy, and sustainable community by applying smart planning initiatives, a proactive use of technology, outreach to the citizens, and personalized service.

Land Development

Planning and Zoning assists property owners and applicants through the County's planning and permitting processes.
