Board approved Collier County Public Utilities New Industrial Pretreatment Ordinance 2025-065(PDF, 1MB) effective on December 17, 2025

Important Message:
There is a credit card convenience fee to customers of 2.5% of the total cost of the utility bill will be added for customers who pay with a debit or credit card. If you prefer to avoid this fee, then you may set up Auto Pay with ACH payment from your bank account (routing number and account number will be required for enrollment). To enroll in ACH visitCollier.gov/Paywater.
