Customer Service

Board approved Collier County Public Utilities new water and sewer rates(PDF, 14MB) will go into effect on October 1, 2025, and will be reflected in your November bill.

Important Message:
Starting January 2, 2025, Collier County Public Utilities will be required to pass along the credit card processing fee to customers of 2.5% of the total cost of the utility bill will be added for customers who pay with a debit or credit card. If you prefer to avoid the credit card processing fee, then you may set up Auto Pay with ACH payment from your bank account (routing number and account number will be required for enrollment). To enroll in ACH visit our website Collier.gov/Paywater.
