1. Overview

Our Mission is to deliver on-time, on-budget, best-value projects supporting 24/7/365 Water and Wastewater operations. Sustain regulatory compliance and mechanical/structural integrity through implementation of the Capital Improvement Program. 

2. Planning and Quality Assurance

This program is responsible for the updates to the Master Plan, the Annual Update and Inventory Report (AUIR) and other long-term planning initiatives; tracking capacity, analyzing trends, and reviewing new development plants to ensure concurrency and master plan compliance. This program is also responsible for the management, control, and oversight of planning and project management functions for the Water and Wastewater Divisions. Core functions are defined by the Project Management Institute are implemented through Project Management Professional training and internal controls procedures, QA/QC services are provided for projects within all operating departments.

3. Collier County Water-Sewer District Engineering and Project Management

This program provides project and program management services for planning, designing, and implementing projects that meet the demand of the all-encompassing utility capital improvements as related to the Water and Wastewater Divisions. This includes wellfields, two regional plants, re-pump stations, and the potable water distribution system.

4. Automation Systems Engineering and Project Management

Provides project and program management for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) projects. This program seeks to develop and enhance a highly reliable SCADA program that fully supports the needs of all PUD operational entities by implementing and leveraging appropriate technologies across Host, Network and Field applications. Projects are administered to support this mission and continue to provide reliable water and wastewater utilities.
