Corporate Financial & Management Service is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the annual Collier County Government operating and capital improvement budgets. This includes ensuring that the annual tax levies and required documentation are in conformance with Florida Statutes. Corporate Financial & Management Service provides support to its internal customers, while also serving as a technical resource to the general public. Corporate Financial & Management Service currently supports:

For the 39th consecutive year, the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada has awarded the GFOA's Distinguished Budget Presentation Award to Collier County for its budget. The award represents a significant achievement by the Corporate Financial & Management Service office. It reflects the commitment of the governing body and staff to meet the highest principles of governmental budgeting. To receive the budget award, the office had to satisfy nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentation. These guidelines are designed to assess how well an entity's budget serves as:
