Submittal Requirements
The submittal items below must have documents submitted for review as required by the scope of work.
- Site Planning Document: A site plan showing location of proposed fence or wall. Showing location and swing of gates, if applicable. Must include fence height and materials proposed.
- If on septic: Please show distance of proposed structure to septic. Per 62-6.005(2) F.A.C., must be at least 5 feet away
- Fence Detail: Information about proposed fence or wall. May include:
- Fence type specifications
- Details and drawings for concrete walls, including footers, fill cells, etc. Signed & sealed, as required.
- Pool fence specifications
Additional Submittal Requirements
Additional submittal items and documents may be required based on information provided and scope of work.
- Construction Plans: For partial demos of a structure plans are required that show proposed changes to structure. May require signed and sealed plans by an Architect or registered P.E. to the current building code.
- Owner-Builder Application:(PDF, 468KB) For owners of property when acting as their own contractor and providing direct, onsite supervision themselves of all work not performed by licensed contractors. Document must be signed in person and notarized by Collier County Growth Management staff.
- Easement Use Agreement:(PDF, 819KB) For fences proposed in a drainage easement.
- EUA Submittal Package:(PDF, 511KB) For fences proposed in a drainage easement. · Includes: Letter of No objection from the HOA, Plat and Recorded Deed
