Collier County Government offices will be closed Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of July 4th.

To alleviate a shortage of residential housing facilities, and to provide capital for investment in such facilities, for low, moderate or middle income families.
Provides capital financing for projects as defined and described in the Florida Industrial Development Financing Act, Chapter 159, Part II, Florida Statutes (“Qualifying Projects”), and to foster economic development in Collier County.
