Right-of-Way (ROW) Permitting
Attention! Starting April 1, 2026, any commercial or utility work that includes Jack and Bore, open cut, installation of a turn lane or other excavation within the Right of Way will require a bond per Ordinance 2026-06.

All installation(s), construction, and/or maintenance activities, which take place in a Collier County right-of-way are subject to oversight by Collier County. This is accomplished via a permit application and review process. The most commonly requested permits fall into the following categories:
- Driveway construction and repair.
- Sidewalk construction and repair.
- Utility construction and maintenance activities.
