Right-of-Way (ROW) Permitting

All installation(s), construction, and/or maintenance activities, which take place in a Collier County right-of-way are subject to oversight by Collier County. This is accomplished via a permit application and review process. The most commonly requested permits fall into the following categories:

  • Driveway construction and repair.
  • Sidewalk construction and repair.
  • Utility construction and maintenance activities.
