Motto: To acquire and preserve vital and significant threatened natural lands, forest, upland and wetland communities located in Collier County, for the benefit of present and future generations.

Conservation Collier has been acquiring properties of natural resource value throughout the county from willing sellers since 2003. Properties acquired met specific criteria, including rare habitat, aquifer recharge, flood control, water quality protection, and listed species habitat. At the program's inception, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners appointed a Land Acquisition Advisory Committee to consider and make recommendations on offered properties. As of November 2025, the Committee's recommendations have resulted in Board approval for and acquisition of 6,658 acres in 28 project locations throughout Collier County.
