Filing a Complaint
Please contact the Code Enforcement Office to report a non-emergency concern, by phone (239) 252-2440; through the online complaint portal; through the Collier 311 system or visit in person during normal business hours. When reporting a concern, please provide the address, describe the issue, and provide any other pertinent information.
Please read the following prior to submitting a complaint:
Pursuant to Florida law for Code Enforcement complaints Chapter 162 Section 06, the complainant’s full name, physical address and phone number must be provided.

Once a complaint is submitted, a case number will be provided to you so that you can follow up and view the status of your complaint online.
If you encounter an issue when accessing the online complaint portal, please call Code Enforcement at (239) 252-2440 and our customer service staff will assist you.
To review Collier County Code of Laws and Ordinances in their entirety, go to Municode.com. You can search for laws by key words or look up specific laws by chapter and section.
The status of a code case can be reviewed online. You will need to register to request a lien search or request any service and or information in our system.
You must have the code case number to view the status. If you do not have this information and wish to obtain a case status, please contact the Code Enforcement Department at 239-252-2440 and provide the address of the case location.
