How to Use the GMCD Portal

Step 1.Fill out the Captcha box

You will need to complete a quick test to prove you are not a robot.

Step 2.Enter the Portal

After successfully filling out the Captcha box, you will be taken directly to the main page of the GMCD Portal

Step 3.Select "Status and Fees"

Find the list header "Pre-Application Meeting & Planning Application" and select "Status and Fees" found in the list.

Step 4.Enter Your PL Number, Address or key word.

After selecting Status and Fees under the Planning Department, input Your PL Number, address or key word to Track a Project. Input the tracking number assigned to the application (i.e., PLXXXXXXXXXX) to follow the project. You will be taken to the Planning Application Status.

Step 5.Open the Project

Once on the Planning Application Status page you will see "Planning Application Status" near the top of the page on the left side.

• Just under "Planning Application Status" you will see "Expand All/Collapse All"
• Select "Expand All" and all the links will open for your review.

Step 6.Select the links you would like to inspect.

• You can find the detailed information regarding your project in the list of project links.
