The Road, Bridge, and Stormwater Maintenance Division is responsible for maintaining county-owned roadways, bridges, traffic safety devices, pedestrian paths, landscape beautification, stormwater flow, and natural disaster recovery in our 2,305 square miles of Collier County.

The Division is also equipped to handle after-hour emergency requests through a 24/7 on-call service that handles roadway/ pedestrian hazards, accident scene clean-up/repairs, and emergency flood/ pollution control situations.

Report Flooding

IMG_1219.png Short-term street flooding is common after intense rainfall during the wet season (June-November) and usually subsides after rainfall. If flooding threatens a contact us. 

Please report flooding if you experience:

  • Flooding that threatens to enter a residential or commercial structure.
  • Persistent street flooding, meaning it happens frequently after an average rainfall, or it remains longer than 48 hours after heavy rain.
  • Any changes in the way stormwater drains in your area compared to previous years, i.e., new flooding.
