Submittal Requirements
The submittal items below must have documents submitted for review as required by the scope of work.
- Site Planning Document: A proposed site plan showing which structures are being removed or altered.
Additional Submittal Requirements
Additional submittal items and documents may be required based on information provided and scope of work.
- Construction Plans: For partial demo of a structure, plans that show proposed changes to structure. May require signed and sealed plans by an Architect or registered P.E. to the current building code.
