As of January 2, 2025, Collier County Public Utilities is required to pass along the credit card convenience fee to customers of 2.5% of the total cost of the utility bill will be added for customers who pay with a debit or credit card. If you prefer to avoid the credit card processing fee, then you may set up Auto Pay with ACH payment from your bank account (routing number and account number will be required for enrollment). To enroll in ACH visit our website Collier.gov/Paywater.
