Please click on "PAY HERE" to pay the outstanding balance click 'Pay My Bill'. Then, click on the "After-Hours Unlock Service" button to pay the fee. Both payments are necessary in order to unlock the meter after normal business hours.

    • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, eCheck, GooglePay, ApplePay
  • View your bill online as well as prior month bills
  • Set up pay by text

 

As of January 2, 2025, Collier County Public Utilities is required to pass along the credit card convenience fee to customers of 2.5% of the total cost of the utility bill will be added for customers who pay with a debit or credit card. If you prefer to avoid the credit card processing fee, then you may set up Auto Pay with ACH payment from your bank account (routing number and account number will be required for enrollment). To enroll in ACH visit our website Collier.gov/Paywater.
