Docks, Seawalls, Boatlifts, and Marine Demo

Submittal Requirements

The submittal items below must have documents submitted for review as required by the scope of work.

  • Site Planning Document: A site plan showing location of proposed dock, seawall or boat lift. Signed and sealed by a registered Architect, P.E. or surveyor. The site plan should include: any proposed improvements, width of canal (if applicable), measurement of dock protrusions made from the most restrictive point of either the property line, bulkhead line, shoreline, seawall, rip-rap line, control elevation contour or mean high water line.

  • Construction Plans: Plans reflecting the scope of work, signed and sealed, if applicable, by an Architect or registered P.E.

Additional Submittal Requirements

Additional submittal items and documents may be required based on information provided and scope of work.

  • Owner-Builder Application:(PDF, 468KB) For owners of property when acting as their own contractor and providing direct, onsite supervision themselves of all work not performed by licensed contractors. Document must be signed in person and notarized by Collier County Growth Management staff.
