Collier County Ten-Year 2026-2035 Transit Development Plan (TDP) Report

30-Day Public Comment Period Announced

The Collier Public Transit & Neighborhood Enhancement (PTNE) Division and Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization is announcing a 30-day public comment period for the Draft 10-Year Transit Development Plan (TDP) Report.

In order to receive State Block Grant Funds for transit system operations, each transit agency must develop a Transit Development Plan (TDP) Major Update every five years and an annual update/progress report for all other years.  In 2025, a Major Update is required which requires the development of a 10-Year Transit Development Plan (TDP). This TDP serves as the strategic guide for public transportation in the community during the next 10 years and represents the transit agency’s vision for public transportation in its service area during this period. Upon completion, this TDP will result in a 10-year plan for transit and mobility needs, cost and revenue projections, and community transit goals, objectives, and policies.

The public comment period for the Draft 10-Year TDP Report will end on Nov. 16, 2025. The Draft 10-Year TDP Report will be on display at the customer service desks at the sites listed below:
