Collier County Growth Management Community Development Department staff are planning a Neighborhood Information Meeting and Public Information Meeting on Thursday, April 23, at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the changes to the Santa Barbara Commercial Overlay, as proposed to be retitled to the Santa Barbara Residential-Mixed Use Overlay. The meeting will be held at the Golden Gate Community Center located at 4701 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples, Florida.

Residents, business representatives, and visitors are welcome to attend to view the formal presentation and engage in the meeting discussion. The presentation will be posted on the EngageCollier webpage at https://engage.collier.gov/sbrmuo after the meeting is held.

Individuals who would like to participate remotely may attend using the Webex link that is available on the EngageCollier website linked in the above paragraph. Remote participation is provided as a courtesy and is at the user’s risk. The County is not responsible for technical issues.

Two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners may be present and may participate at the meeting.  The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future Board of County Commissioners meeting.

Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
