How to Use NotifyNow

How to receive alerts, report issues, and check the map

What Is NotifyNow?

NotifyNow is Collier County Public Utilities’ customer notification service. It keeps you informed about your water service in real time and lets you report issues directly, without waiting on hold.

NotifyNow does three things:

  1. Sends you text and email alerts about service interruptions, boil water notices, and service restorations
  2. Helps you report water service issues directly from your phone or computer
  3. Shows a live map of current service issues in your area

Collier County Public Utilities customers are enrolled in NotifyNow. To make sure notifications reach you, verify your contact information at collier.gov/paywater. Alerts may be sent to the phone number or email address on file with your account.

Receiving Alerts

When there is a water service interruption, boil water notice, or service restoration in your area, NotifyNow sends an alert to you by text and email. Condo associations and customers served through a master meter will receive information through their association but are able to view the NotifyNow map for timely information.

What you will be notified about

  1. Water service interruptions in your area
  2. Precautionary boil water notices in place for your area
  3. When a boil water notice has been lifted
  4. Restoration of water service

Depending on the situation, you may be notified by

  1. Text message to the cell phone number on your account
  2. Email to the email address on your account
