ROW Bond Approval Process

How to submit a ROW Bond for approval.

ROW Bond approval is a separate application process from the ROW permits. It is recommended to complete the ROW Bond approval process prior to submitting for additional ROW permits. 

To start the approval process through the GMCD Public Portal, select “Submit a Planning Application” under the Pre-Application Meeting and Planning Application heading on the GMCD public portal. You will then be asked to login.

Once logged in there will be a drop-down menu, and you will select the ROW Bond from the options. The system will prompt you for the appropriate next steps from there.

Once approved, you will have a ROW Bond PL (planning) number that you will reference on future ROW permit applications.

The applicant will also need to submit the original signed bond agreement to:
