The mission of Utility Billing and Customer Service is to resolve customers' service requests, inquiries and issues in an efficient and timely manner.    

Hurricane Preparedness

 Hurricane Season is from June 1st through November 30th.  To learn how to prepare before a storm including HOA Registration, pre-storm hazardous waste disposal and clean up after the storm read the information on Hurricane Preparedness.

 

 

 

Board approved Collier County Public Utilities new (PDF, 14MB)Water and Sewer Rate Resolution 2026-60(PDF, 5MB) effective on October 1, 2026.

Important Message:
There is a credit card convenience fee to customers of 2.5% of the total cost of the utility bill will be added for customers who pay with a debit or credit card. If you prefer to avoid this fee, then you may set up Auto Pay with ACH payment from your bank account (routing number and account number will be required for enrollment). To enroll in ACH visit Collier.gov/Paywater.
