Mandatory Water Restrictions

With the Water Shortage Warning issued by the South Florida Water Management District, Collier County Public Utilities is encouraging customers to follow the local water conservation ordinance and take simple steps to conserve water, protect local resources, and lower their monthly bills.
Irrigation Restrictions
Whether you irrigate with drinking (potable) water, private well or reuse/irrigation quality water, Collier County’s Water Conservation Ordinance for Landscape Irrigation (2015-27) requires irrigation conservation measures.
The following mandatory water restrictions are in effect:
• Irrigation is limited to three days per week based on address.
• Even addresses may use irrigation water on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
• Odd addresses may use irrigation water on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
• Irrigation is not allowed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• No irrigation is permitted on Friday.

Important Message:
There is a credit card convenience fee to customers of 2.5% of the total cost of the utility bill will be added for customers who pay with a debit or credit card. If you prefer to avoid this fee, then you may set up Auto Pay with ACH payment from your bank account (routing number and account number will be required for enrollment). To enroll in ACH visit Collier.gov/Paywater.
