View Permit History & Permit Search

A Historical Permit Reviewmay be done when there is a sale of a property. The purpose is to check if there are any open permits associated with the property being sold. Open permits may impact the sale of a property. All permit information is available and accessible to the public through the Property Appraiser, External CD-Plus Search, and the Public Portal.

2011 to Present CityView

Permits can be searched by address using "Search for a Property" at the top of the portal or by permit number using the "Status and Fees" under the application group.
